Bookings

• Rate: $1295 per night
• Minimum stay 2 nights. (3 nights minimum during public holidays)
• Check-in: 3pm 
  
• Check-out: 10am
  
• Early Check-In/Late Check-Out available on Request
• No smoking/ No pets
  
• No parties or events
  
• Security bond of $500 per stay.
  
• Pool towels are not provided.

• Your booking is subject to the new Code of Conduct for all holiday rentals in NSW 

• A deposit of 50% must be received within 2 days after the Booking is taken. Bookings are not confirmed unless and until this deposit is received.

• Payment in full must be received no later than 2 weeks prior to your arrival.

• Please ensure payments are made within the specified time limits to ensure your booking.

• We accept payment by Direct deposit into our bank account only.

• For all bookings cancelled within 4 weeks of your arrival date, the 50% deposit will be forfeited and for cancellations within 2 weeks of the arrival date the total booking cost will be forfeited.
